1. Before installation and use (due to long-distance transportation), it is necessary to carefully check whether all fasteners are loose. If there is any looseness, they should be re tightened, and the concentricity of the machine shaft should be checked. If there is any deviation, it must be corrected.2. The installation pipeline cannot be directly supported on the inlet and outlet flanges of the pump. Additional support points must be set up to prevent deformation and damage. The imported pipeline should be reduced as much as possible, resulting in a hydraulic loss of 90. There should be no more than two bends, and the suction pipe should not leak air, otherwise it will affect the vacuum pumping and liquid discharge time or result in no liquid discharge and insufficient flow rate and head.
3. Before starting up for the first time, open the injection cap and fill the FPZ and PVZ corrosion-resistant self-priming pump bodies with the liquid. Tighten the injection cap to prevent air leakage, and strictly prohibit liquid detachment, idling, and reverse rotation.
4. Pumps with support bearing housings must be filled with cooling oil to half of the sight glass surface before use, otherwise the bearings will be burned out and the oil should be replaced regularly.
5. The conveying fluid should not contain sediment or long soft fibers to prevent blockage and damage to the impeller and mechanical seal.
6. The outlet of FPZ plastic corrosion-resistant self-priming pump should be equipped with a valve. The valve should be closed before stopping, and the valve should be turned on before opening.

1. After using for a period of time, it was found that the mechanical seal end face of the FPZ corrosion-resistant self-priming pump was leaking, which was caused by end face wear. It is recommended to inquire about the adjusting ring, loosen the two screws of the stainless steel half circle, and use it to push forward. It is better to rotate the pump shaft by hand for easy and unobstructed operation. If it is too loose, it will cause leakage, and if it is too tight, it will easily wear and affect the service life of the mechanical seal.2. It is best to turn on the device continuously for 8-16 hours every day. Spare parts should be provided for 24-hour continuous operation, and regular replacement and maintenance should be carried out. The replacement period is generally two to three months, and they should be dismantled and inspected upon expiration. It does not affect production and can be inspected at any time for non continuous operation production.
3. When the ratio of the conveying medium is greater than 1.2, an additional motor should be installed, otherwise it will affect the head or cause the motor to burn out.
4. The disassembly sequence is as follows: remove the motor, bracket, bottom plate screws, mechanical seal cover, cooling water nozzle, loosen the dynamic ring clamp bolt, static ring pressure plate bolt, front and rear pump cover bolt, loosen the impeller shaft tension rod fixing screw, unscrew 3-5mm, use a hammer to tap the tension rod, loosen the impeller, and remove the tension rod, impeller, and mechanical seal. When disassembling the mechanical seal, manual operation should be carried out, and metal tools should not be used to strike to prevent damage.
5. Maintenance: Remove the dirt from the pump casing, front and rear pump covers, impeller, and mechanical seal components of the FPZ corrosion-resistant self-priming pump, and rinse them clean. If there is no damage, they can continue to be used. Check whether the two ends of the mechanical seal are damaged. If the end face of the moving ring is worn or scratched less, it can be ground flat on a flat plate with fine metallographic sand and can continue to be used.
